The regional court Hamburg decided with the judgement of 12 May 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - `Adhesion for links` that one by the mounting from links, have to answer for also the contents of the linked page, if necessary. It can only be prevent, that you dissociated expressly from these contents: “Hereby we dissociate from all contents of all linked sides on our website expressly and don´t make these contents to own ourselves.”
